A1: Please check the wirings for the gauges are wired up correctly in respective to their designated polarity: Battery 12V (Constant) YELLOW, Ignition 12V (Switched) RED, and Ground BLACK.
A2: The battery 12V and switched 12V wires were hooked up in reverse. While this will not hurt the function of the gauge, the stepping motor will not perform a closing mode when power is shut off.
A3: Please check the gauge sensor wiring connection to make sure all connectors are properly clipped in securely. Please make sure the ground wiring is at a location that provides good ground inside the car. If problem persist, please contact us for warranty RMA service.
A4: All SGEAR Crenate gauges includes 1 year (12 months) manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase through our authorized dealers and distributors. Please contact us for RMA service, and provide proof of purchase (Invoice) from the place you bought the gauges from.
A5: Yes, all SGEAR Crenate gauges are compatible with each other by swapping different color gauge face.
